Its not all about laws but common sense friends/partners together. Its all about money. I can work with a guy for 4 years and then I get fucked all over the ass.
I have come to a situation where its the best to have less people to work with, cause you cant trust no one. The more you say the more you get back at ya.
Maybe this sounds very paranoid but this is how i feel about things.

This is one of the main things why people arnt united. There are always some greedy ass hat that wants to be better, richer, better looks bla bla
