The problem is that this will divide this industry in US and non-uS. Not saying it's not divided already, but thinking this way will do so even more. The only question is, how unaffected by US laws are non-US webmasters? Let's not forget that the very heart of this business are entities such as VISA and MasterCard, US corporations, which could stop accepting adult transactions if enough incentives (regulations) were offered. Don't fucking kid yourself and stick your head in the sand, thinking that just because you're outside the US they can't fuck you. You don't wanna dare them.
