Unless the DoD recruits the Salvation Army, I don't think an invasion is likely until Iraq is stable enough to pull troops out of.

How do you know that the US has not been secretly building troop stength and the numbers posted in the press are bogus? And that these troops have been trained in Urban warfare for when the war finds its way to the US???
