I've seen worse, but you might change the page background to a slight tint -
A touch of personality - personalize it with some graphic that will help associate the site with it's name.

Take a look at it with an 800X600 resolution, it is a little wide.
What I'd do is bring those thumbs closer together by making the inner table width maybe 80% or so, it is set at 100% now.
