    Item 2.01 Acquisition or Disposition of Assets
    On August 30, 2004, 110 Media Group, Inc. (the "Company") completed the acquisition of CD Media Distributors Legal Adult Internet Company ("CD-Media") and its website www.CD-Media.net for a total purchase price of $7,500.

    CD-Media.net has been in operation since 1999 and owns over 14,000 images and hundreds of video clips which it licenses to thousands of adult-oriented websites.

    The terms of the transaction were negotiated between officers of the Company and the principal stockholder of CD-Media. At the time of the negotiations, there was no relationship between the Company and any of its directors, officers or affiliates and CD-Media or its management.

          Shit I would have bought them for that price getting my business name out there would be worth it not to mention I would be able to take a much larger than invested tax loss I would imagine...

                  Good lookin out, I didn't want to say anything until it was ready, but...

                  Tons of new (exclusive) content going up there at discount prices over the next two months or so.

                  1000's of new picture sets and hundreds of hours of video from europe and Brazil as well as US. The site has a good solid system to build on, and a steady (although small right now) revenue stream, should be good.

                  Gfyer's will get special discounts, I'll post when it's ready. Anyone looking for content in the meantime can hit me up ICQ.

                          They used to have a ton of content on there and now there is only about 70 sets. I wonder what happened to all the other content on CD-Media?
