I have a few members who cannot cancel their memberships through ibill cancel button due to their customer service downtime http://www.ibillcs.com/ Does anybody know how to cancel them to prevent them charging back?

I'm having the same problem. I hope we will have some kind of amnesty from visa because there will be a pretty good amount of refunds issued. Kind of silly how weather can shut down an entire operation. I mean, lets get real here, this isnt 1950. There is no excuse why the cmi should be down. Bottom line.

I have feeling that no rebills are proceed right now. So when CMI will be online again the current rebills will be moved to next days.
Talk to your customers, explain the situation and make them confident that you will cancel their subscriptions as soon as possible and refund wrong charges if needed.
