hmmm... that would be impossible unless you are going to advertised that you are indeed need sales rep/tech support... but of course outsourcing is the easiest way.

Yeah, just look at the ones that claim to be "BIG" here, and hire the people they do not like, that will tell you the good guys are, cause the fake ones will be here telling everyone how good they are still, while the real ones will be seeking you out to do some work with you.....
