Just makes getting a PS3 more likely. I thought the big deal with XBOX is that it has a HD? Well if XBOX lovers want that they have to shell out $400. If the difference between a XBOX 360 and a PS3 is only $100 I'll be getting a PS3. At $299 I probally would have gone with the XBOX 360.
