You know in person those hair might be so light and fine there are almost impossible to see...high res pictures on digital cams with flash really have a tendency to bring out flaws like this that would otherwise go unnoticed, in my experiences

I also think it's a possibility that there was a stray strand of hair that someone may have cut and all the clippings fell on her chest or the makeup artist had a bad powder brush that left hairs.
