Biggest problem on dating sites: Married men posing as single guys looking for 'affairs'. A lot of women are reluctant to join dating sites because of fraud like this.

Imagine investing time and money into a relationship only to find out that the guy has a wife and three kinds and has no intention of doing anything but fucking you when he gets horny. Some of these creeps SOULD be prosecuted.

I'm sure they just threatened prosecution to scare married guys off (I assume he found this at a dating site).

On the other hand, guys who do this know that the women will never fuck them if they tell them the truth.

A case COULD be made for 'rape by pretense'. I doubt something like that would be winable, but attempting a prosecution sure would make these guys keep their dicks in their trousers.

I don't think this would be STUPID to the women who are deceived by the asshats that do that kind of thing.

I honestly don't think that you could be prosecuted for this.

A guy could be married, but he could signup on a singles board as a single, because he's looking for action as a single guy and not as a couple.

How's that wrong?? And I bet you'd find more willing women than you think who'd jump in the sack with a married guy.

They're generally clean when it comes to std's, they usually won't be all clingy... I would think, that if you're a female and you want casual sex, a married guy would be perfect....
