    So, besides paying these outsourcing Co's $900/mo for one skill, where can I hire some good: skills, english, manners and looks designer, programmer and webmaster?


    I hear than $300/mo is good pay in some of these countries!


    Plz tell me how i find them

          IRC is your best bet to find individuals......sites like eLance may be too, if they aren't flooded with reps for outsource companies yet.

                  reliable men from "poor countries" that have good english skills, and know design/programming are not selling themselves from $300. You can find something decent in the $2k range though.
