you don't get to! neener neener neener! (ok that was just downright immature of me, wasn't it?) but yes, you can't control when/where/who gets the small banner next to their name when there's a skin wrap - it's random. it'll be there one minute and not the next. most people do realise it's all part of the skin.

besides, ragecash seems to be ragin'!
