one can be real rapes put online to sell... simulated can be content made to simulate rape pictures... the first is obviously illegal... the second i dont know the legalities on, but i can assure you it's not ethical and most hosts won't allow it...
this sleeping sex niche seems like simulated rape, candy coated and sexed up to not sound like rape...
