I like it but it has to be the medium curd. The large curd is just wrong in my mouth and the small curd has a nasty texture too.

I prefere it with just salt and pepper though.

I sometimes put a dash of season salt, but always pepper... I thought I was the only one who puts pepper on cottage cheese

Cottage Cheese is no nastier than any other kind of cheese. I get the fat free kind and eat it right out of the container as a snack instead of junk I would rather be eating
