First of all, I'd like to thank EVERYBODY in this thread that supported us. As most of you know we run a successful and reputable program, and I like to think our integrity (not to mention our cash flow) are above reproach.
As the CEO of WebcamCash I'd like to apologize to Webcam Guru for the bounced check. It happened because we are in the process of switching banks, and there were insufficient funds in the old account. The lack of overdraft protection and reliable customer service from our old bank are the main reasons we are switching, although I admit that is no excuse. We are Fedexing you a new check from our new bank today.
That said, I am completely AMAZED that you took this to the boards without contacting us first. Derek has always gone above and beyond to try and make you happy. In the future please contact us directly and we will do whatever it takes rectify the situation.
