That's the issue at hand, not just speaking it, but understanding it within the context of the discussion.

The simple fact is this is a very difficult business that entails a lot of subtelties when it comes to language. Why? Because we are advertisers and a lot of our customers speak english as a first language, and most if not all of the rest speak it as a second language.

We as a group, an industry spend hours upon hours "tweakin" text, ad copy whatever you want to call it to maximize conversions, SE placement etc.

So with that in mind, if you want to hire "marketing" people who speak the language, but fail to understand it in all it's subtleties then good luck with that.

I think it would be wiser to take the salaries of 3 combined "marketing" people from the PI and combine that and add a few $'s and hire 1 marketing person who has shown success in this business and leave the grunt work to employees who get paid a grunts pay.
