I had a really awesome Russian girl that did the best design work ever. But I'd have to always write up our text. I never did it from the beginning or a project though cuz I thought there's no way for her to learn unless she just does it. (But secretly it was so I could fall off my couch laughing... not at her you know what I mean... just it was I guess you could say "cute")
