I dont see a difference.. If i publish a book, i wan't it read in a certain way , its art , it would be like reproducing andy warhol on pabst beer labels..
Can i "index" my monthly issue of playboy ? I think not...
As i said initially you didnt read far enough , its an opt-out approach meaning publishers/authors have no choice unless they contact google..
Would it be all right for me to reproduce playboy/hustler/time magazine/people etc every month, for "indexing" ..
