I don't know who this guy is or whether he is Perfection Jeff or not, but I think someone like you should really try to get things clarified for himself, just so this thing doesn't come back and bite you in the ass. You COULD be doing business with a known scammer and by saying that you don't care that he is one and will continue doing business with him, you're giving a slap in the face to all those who got fucked over by him, should he turn out to be the scammer some are claiming that he is. Some of those scammed by Perfection Jeff might well be your affiliates or even other honest people you might be doing business with. Think about it.
