    I have yet to hear one good point of WHY should Bush stay for another 4 year ...

    What did Bush do in the past 4 years to make your life better ?

    Give me some stats ...

    Tell me why he should stay in office .


    All I can hear about Bush supporters is : Kerry got no character, kerry sucks, you are not elite enough to support bush, Bush got character and such ...

    but yet no good political point have been pointed out in any of the political threads I've read .

    So please give me one good point of WHY should Bush stay in the white house ...

    p.s. : I'm canadian ... just wanna hear about a good american point of view because EVERYWHERE arround the world NOBODY supports Bush .

They kept lowering it in hopes of STIMULATING a very down economy brought on by Bush's tax cuts (WHICH Greenspan opposed!) and other idiotic acts by the Bush administration.

Basically his strong military stance. Kerry's weakness in this area is troubling to me...and it is because of this weakness in Kerry as well as his constant changing of positions (which means he does not really have a conviction) that I think he sucks as a candidate. Since I disagree with almost all of the Presidents policys other than his military stance...I cannot vote for him. Since I think Kerry is not a good candidate for the Presidency...for the first time since I have been old enough to vote I am considering abstaining...as I fear that there is not a lesser of the "two evils".

                                                                                                                          Fighting terrorists isn't done with tanks and bombs. It isn't done by invading countries (especially with those not linked to supporting terrorism, why not invade Belgium?).

                                                                                                                          Americans are now less safe abroad, much less safe than if no military action was taken in the first place. The goodwill the US received worldwide after 9/11 has been pissed away and then some, for both giving the finger to the UN and then demanding its assistance within months of each other.

                                                                                                                          Osama's still not found, and if you think Bush can secure a country, look at how many protesters have invaded the RNC. One was less than 10 feet from Cheney.

                                                                                                                          If they can't even secure the VP at the RNC, do you think they'll be able to keep you safe in your own country?

I didn't vote for one of the two main parties during our last election and I'm kicking myself now since it came down to only a couple hundred votes in my area.

                                                                                                                              I'm liberal on some things, conservative on others. Regardless of whether or not Iraq was a mistake, there are more people in the world that truly hate the US than there were before. For that reason alone I couldn't vote Bush.

Attacking his opinions. "HOW CAN HE LIKE RED? OMG BLUE IS WAY BETTAR! GEORGE LIKES BLUE TOO!"

                                                                                                                                                                  That's how you decide who runs a country? Not by what's best for the country but on the opinions of a war that you lost 30 years ago from a man who volunteered to fight that war even though he didn't agree with it?

                                                                                                                                                                  Was it so bad that Kerry spoke out against US policy in Vietnam? Could it be that he was right? Seeing as he was in the jungle getting shot the fuck up for two years while George W was driving drunk and doing lines, who do you think is more qualified?

                                                                                                                                                                  It just makes sense to judge a politician by their actions in office. Republicans know that's a fight they can't win, so they argue opinion instead.

                                                                                                                                                                                              For better or for worse this has always been true no matter what country I don't even think this could really be debated, most non defensive military action has some strategic long term economic purpose right back to sticks and spears. You don't invest lives and millions of dollars for many other things.
