Yes, it might come in handy. Children are our future, so don't forget to pack some tin hats for the kids, too.
All b/s aside ya right! They are in Indiana for the week! I take it ya know me, so now I am interested.. normally I only know people that is good.. This might get interesting... Good luck to both sides.

As I said above I don't doubt anything, but a little more info would lend some credibilty to what you are saying.
Are we looking for a magic number of page views before you provide info??
If you know somethng Spill it.
If you know something and you don't let people know, you are just a guilty as the very people you are accusing.
I am doing my best, working on it. Spilt as best as I can, but unfortunately it just won't fly until I get all the info together. To be honest, I just can't wait!
The clowns in this thread will laugh, until it hits them right in the face.
brad shaw is still crying cause he lost too many clients, cause of his shady programmers messing around with crontab.
looks like he didnt renew his ad this month on gfy.
plus thank you john for the leather jacket for NATS *WINK*
cold canadian winters.
special people , special treatments.
nats is the best affil software.
easy to navigate.
Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmm
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
Just out of curiosity since the nats people are all in this thread. Totally off topic ( i think ) but..
If surfer #1 goes to www.mysite.com and clicks my link to a nats program , then checks it out and closes it , then later in the day they are visiting another website and click on the same nats program , who get the sale ?
No matter how hard some webmasters work, they just can't reach the next level. Ever wondered why? It's impossible when you have someone else deciding and restricting your income. It's like working at the bank and skimming off the top - anyone profiting from it will never admit it. I no longer profit from it; I no longer have any reason to deny that I have witnessed it.
Are you saying that nats allows programs to shave if they pay them a "kickback"
?

The newest clicked webmaster link gets the sale... same with all programs.

As far as I am aware the most recent link clicked should be credited. IMO this is also how it should be as they were the one who "closed the sale". Would like to hear your input on this also however.

Smokey, shoot me an icq when you have a few, 5596373. Thanks.
Gather around kids.... daddy is getting a message from beyond.

Thats what i would think also ( and hope )
the reason why i ask is , i noticed a traffic broker ( or someone he brokers for ) iframeing nats sponsors..
Like 200 sites hidden in 1x1 pixel iframes. Doesn't make a lick of sense as nobody could possibly get to the site thru the iframes the way they were setup.
Just making sure they weren't setting cookies or something..

Ugh. I guess there is a chance of that. Shoot me an ICQ when you can. I'd like to discuss that and a few other things with you.

I only regret not gathering more info when I was working more closely with it. When you are profiting from it, you tend not to keep the evidence handy. That's the nature of it.
If there is news that a severe typhoon will hit shortly, the sensible man isn't going to sit around on the beach and wait for it, right? Well, that typhoon is coming, so have your shit packed and in order and ready to move away.
I am searching and compiling what I can find, may take some time, so sit tight.
I guess you should have made sure you had the gathered info and proof before opening your mouth with this thread.
You want to make accusations about a proven program and team of people you better have the proof in the first post.
everytime im down by John and Charlie I get dinner bought for me and an unlimited supply of beer and tequlia.
This kind of unfairness has to be stopped. I mean, what saving grace does anybody have who takes care of you like a king when you are in their neighborhood. Those nats guys are simply unfair with their kick backs. Damn Them! lol
OMG! John just came over to my house and kicked my puppy. Then when he left I saw him steal candy from a baby while laughing.... for the love of god.... the man was just standing there laughing.
ApplePie, just a little encouragement to tell you you're not alone. I've heard some things directly from the mouths of people who have used it and left. I just don't have first hand experience so I can't share what I've heard. If I had proof I'd shout it from the rooftops 'cause it's scary shit.
Just didn't want you to think everyone's a hater. Many are watching and listening.

Alot of times programs that use cookies for tracking set a cookie with a certain time limit, like up to 30 days and that decides who gets the latest click to the same paysite. In the case that Smokey the Bear outlined, the first visit that sets the cookie will keep that surfer no matter what. However, that all changes depending on whether or not NATS checks for and destroys that cookie.
I know NastyDollars &/or OxCash used to do the 30 day cookie on all visits to the paysites.
Unfortunately in these cases, less surfers these days are supporting cookies, so this entire process has a smaller chance than ever, anyway.

Just some clearing up here... NATS does reset the cookie on each hit to track. NATS v2 also has an IP Log in case cookies are not used by the surfer, and that one gets updated too.

maybe I'm crazy, but I think the guy deserves to be able to prove his point or shut the fuck up??????????
He had a chance. He never came out the entire time this thread was live... Are we suppose to beg him for proof before we ban him... No he should have come out with his proof right away. Everyone knows this rule, you want to call someone names or call a program out for doing something wrong. Prove it! Noone should have to be begged for it. The facts of the matter are that he clearly stated that he/she was still gather information. Well if you are still gather information on the issue then shut the fuck up till you have all your ducks in a row. Do you think that if you go to court to prove a case that the Judge will ask you for your proof or wait till you gather it. FUCK NO!!! You should have the proof before you put things out there.

I wouild normally agree with you on this point. However, I'll be the first to make the observation that the mods on this board let things such as this go on far to often and far too long with no repercussions. So honestly I would like them to pull out the ban hammer EVERYTIME accusations are made and not backed up. Hell I would prefer them to ban if the proof isn't in the INITIAL POST of a thread such as this.
As for ApplePie do I think he knows something?? Maybe, I don't know. But what I do know is you can't come onto this board and talk about the backend program of the parent company to this board being tainted without some idea that you will get banned for not posting proof, get your thread locked, or have it erased completely if you did have proof.
If ApplePie truly has something, I'm sure this is not the last we will hear of it.
"We are told to let our light shine, and if it does, we won't need to tell anybody it does. Lighthouses don't fire cannons to call attention to their shining- they just shine."
Seriously, if someone has something to say, say it! There is no conspiracy thoery behind NATS, no kickbacks, no bribes, or whatever you want to call it. Stop with the "I've heard bad shit" BS. If you've got something to say, say it or worry about yourself.
