    NATS - kickbacks are being paid.

    FACT - there are several backdoors, a la MPA2.

This is unpreventable 100% in any software, look how full of holes windows is, apache, php, etc. Unfortunately for the world low lifes need to abuse them rather than make them known to those who can fix them.
