So true. One I had saw 2 blown head gaskets and a cracked head. My most recent chevy had leaking gaskets at only 26k miles.

I was heading to the Lake the other morning early to run my RC RaceBoats.
Low and behold I come next to a an 05 stang... with manufacture plates on it...
a servo on left rear wheel... all kinds of wind metering instruments... and noise meters... all over it..
huge laptop affixed to dash.. where graphs galore were going wild...
I was in one of My many fords..
my 1998 Ranchero with 351 Cleveland on steroids...
Full 3" exhaust all way back with UltraFlow mufflers
I throw my 350 hp mid block into neutral and throw about a 5500 RPM Revvy next to the Stang.... WHOOOOOPAAAAA!!!!
The gal driving about jumped outta her seat...
she looked over with big surprise on her face.. checkin out
my lowered...primered... almost ready for paint...Ranchito with friggin Old Cobra Rally Rims !!!
I asked... "wanna run em to the next light?" knowing damn well I was not racing with (2) $2000.00 gasoline powered Radio controlled boats sitting in the back with tools.. etc...
she just smiled and said.. " I cant..."

Not the best of shots.. because she is moving at about 66MPH here.. This boat has a 28cc watercooled Zenoah two-stroke engine producing almost 7 hp. It is capable of speeds near 80MPH.. We race oval with 1/8 mile straightaway and 40" diameter turns at about 70MPH average speed...
