    Legality of a spurious (slow girls) site?......

    I was hoping someone here could give me any information on the legality of a site within the US that deals with slow girls, not handicap but slow, like not smart, but defiantly no where will it state retarded or handicap. It will be fictitious with just slightly off kilter looking girls. Could there be a legal issue if we used words like: slow, stupid, dumb, etc?

          Well, if the models are competent 18+ adults who are capable of signing a model release form then you shouldn't have a problem.

          But if you're really concerned, ask a lawyer.

                  Actually if they have any mental issues, you should most likely keep away from them. It wont be hard for someone, like the state attorney to say that you forced the person to sign.

                  I have to say, I would no promote something like that.

                      if they are legally competent to sign a model release, u can do it
                      a sure sign is if they have a guardian, they arent competent to make decisions
