    How much water did you drink in Florida?

    lol i sat here and tried to think when i drank something other then alcohol.

    one morning i woke up dehydrated and chugged one of the bottles on top of the tv. then maybe when i brushed my teeth. and maybe at dinner a glass of water combined with a drink.

    oh and the saturday night/sunday morning pool episode (craziest night by far on the trip)... i probably drank some chlorine then too.

    i think thats why i was so sore the day after i got home.. i must have been dehydrated

              I was so dehydrated on the ride home that I was stopping every hour to get more gatorade, lol.

              You know what else I noticed? I barely eat at these shows, then I get home and have no appetite for a while. I'm thinking I may work with it and try to lose 20 pounds by the next Vegas show.

                      I think that about sums it up Alky It was good though, once you got a drink the next morning/afternoon it was on again...LOL

                              After the solid gold party I drink water the whole next day. We took full advantage of the Open Bar. Mallcom and Platinum Bucks rock.

                                  a few glasses at dinner each night was pretty much all i had... really feeling it now though (still in FL at South Beach partying each night)

                                  alcohol, hot sun, no water, no sleep ... fun times
