You need incredimail. It has a feature that lends you send spam back to the sender as if it bounced. They don't want to keep emailing bounced addresses so it should cut your spam down a lot.

Wanna hear something really funny? I created an email account I was going to use just for correspondence involving GFY and I only posted it once, even using (at) instead of @ and somebody manually added it to a spam list.

Btw, if the sponsor doesn't take any action against the spamming affiliate, be sure to drop in a complaint on the FTC web site. They do follow up on these, and unless more sponsors feel like paying out hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines they will start taking spam complaints more seriously.
