It looks like you're using an old copy of it --

If you already have CVSUP installed, just run cvsup. If not, cd /usr/ports/net/cvsup-withoutgui then "make install" wait a bit, copy the cvsup file from /usr/local/share/cvsup, and and run that -- it'll update to the latest version so that you can build mysql.
