ya, it is hard. i've been doing a lot of research on it and it is suppose to be great for your body every 6 months or so. it really releases all the toxins and bad stuff that accumulate throughout your entire body....in all your organs, joints, and tissue.
it's less of a weightloss diet and more of a detoxifying treatment.
