How Much to setup a TGP ?

Hi guys,
I had the design made, but I never could figure how to setup the tgp script and trade script.
I would need some help on doing this. How much could this be ?
Plus I would need some help on building up traffic, exchange etc ...
I don't know how to repay my 'mentor', maybe by sending 25% of my traffic to any of his sites or something like this ...
I could buy some traffic at choker to make the trade script roll.
