From 10 years ago till today, working hard is of course your biggest mission. We got more employees bigger offices but our work got more and more. I am at work everyday and work, then come home and work. It's hard now but I have seen a lot of guys doing it.
There are so many programs to promote, or do them yourself. Just need to hang in there and not give up. Like when I use to race cars, they used to tell me I just need more seat time, well in this biz, you also need seat time, to sit behind this computer and do what you can best, I am always learning something new everyday.
