    LLC or S-Corp?

Anyone have any opinions before I go talk to a lawyer? I've read a lot about them, and heard a lot of people discuss the pros and cons yet its been of little help to me. My only issue with LLCs is that there isn't as much case law backing them as S-Corps. By the way, ownership will be split in half with this company and it is mainstream.

Anyone use a corporation just to trade stocks? Thats a new one to me. Can I play poker as a corporation to limit my liability for losses?

Is there just an image we should make for this common sort of question?

Maybe some sort of Bot to just knock these questions right out the gate perhaps?
