It's not THAT funny. It may mean nothing in terms of being able to conduct day-to-day operations, but one has to wonder why a company with "boatload of funding" somehow forgets to pay a silly amount to make sure there is a current list of officers, as required by law.. Or does someone doesn't want the list to be made public?

Not suggesting anything, just bringing up this issue.
