I would have been happier to be #1 but since I'm the third...let's wait to hear the response from the other people involved...that I'm interested in. You're justifications and being "not credible" are irrelevant.
You accused someone of something very very bad and have tried to hurt them...you did it before and lawyers, probably decent ones, found you lacking credibility. I want to see the other person's position before I even think about who's right or wrong.
