Ok the one part I dont get...
He TRIES, you push him away, then STAY CLOSE ENOUGH TO HIM TO TRY AGAIN?
Then he fails again.......
........and THEN ONCE AGAIN tries????
While I completely agree with the "no means no" thing,
this story could be a hell of a lot shorter if you just WALKED AWAY.
