Why would you want a picture of a cellphone for wallpaper?
Your best bet would be to go to some site like verison and make one using some picture of a phone7 -

I forget the site name but I know one exist that has wallpapers of all the providers and you can wallpaper Verizon or T-Mobile on your PCS phone. Great for shits and grins when you go into the PCS store.█ joesmut (a) gmail Dot com

Why not just make your own? Choose an image, crop & resample to the dimension and colour depth of your cellphone's screen, upload to a web server and download using your cellphone.
Should work on almost all GPRS or WAP enabled phones.
