Was I rationalizing it? Eek, I didn't even realize it, but several of you have said that, so I guess I was.
I didn't even have a chance to tell anyone...I was able to slip away BECAUSE the other ones were being told to leave and the one that was with me heard it and turned his attention from me. Then when I heard what had happened with Lori, I told them what happened with the one guy, too.
