Do you have a "Exit here - if under 18" link on your warningpage? Chances are you are linking to yahoo/google/disney etc. Those days are over, signup at www.warningpages.com to get PAID for this traffic that has been wasted by so many for years! icq#777970

Great maybe they will finally delete all the crap so people who build honest pages that people actually want to find can get some ranking again.

Good news..... So sick of all the scamming SE spammers that steal quotes from my site and use my trade name, etc. to promote someone elses crappy program

Way to go google for finally responding and taking action on some of the copyright and other infringing complaints

The next question is, what do I do about scamming Russian sites that spam some of our domains in their keywords hoping for higher PR.

I would have a better chance talking to ET than to contact these owners to lay off.

if they are using your trademark, you can get it down very easily. if not, you can only cry.
btw they are not doing it for higher PR, believe me

When I complained that 130+ sites were using my trademarked name in their submissions in order to get higher placement, Google told me nothing could be done UNLESS the trademarked word/name was being used in an Google Ad and THEN only if the word shows and wasn't in their keywords.

Their terms state they won't act on a trademark issue so it's REALLY nice to see they are taking action
