Absolutely! When things end, I always make sure they end in a good way. I dont need to stop talking, or be upset with someone I once loved. The way I see it is if your with someone for a long period of time, you gotta stop talking to them at least for a little bit (until all feelings are gone) As soon as those feelings are gone, why not.

My ex-husband's family and ours are best of friends. The fact that I have a son & he insisted on all things to be put behind helped. I'd rather not waste my energy on hating someone I once loved. The new girlfriend is a sweetheart & we're very much alike & get along fine.
Most of my ex-boyfriends I think crossed my path for a good reason & whatever we shared is reflected upon as a good learning experience.
There is only one ex-boyfriend I don't talk to & thank God I've never had him cross my path again (less emotional drain). It takes a lot for me to hate someone & he pushed the right buttons.Comment
