As many of you pro/am shooters know...shooting in the harsh mid-day sun is not
usually a good idea. It causes nasty shadows on the girls faces and bodies and I
try to avoid shooting in that kind of condition at all costs.
In this situation it's not so bad since I was actually shooting down on Ginger and
her body was facing the sun (which was shining straight down upon us). When
the model is facing the harsh sun as Ginger is doing in these pics, you can
expect a lot of squinting from the girl (notice the sunglasses
)
These were shot utilizing only the sun. It's the cheapest and most powerful
light system on the market
