Yeah, 6mo net is typically the accepted figure. BUT, with the current state of rebills, I would say 3-4 would be a better figure. So, a whopping $200 - $250 total.

So true. I see idiots yammering on about their "formulas" for determining the value of a site. What it boils down to is what someone is willing to pay and what you are willing to let it go for.
