I'm sorry to hear that.
My grandma lives 3000 miles away from me and I'll probably never see her again. That's been bothering me a lot lately. This just put me in mind of it again.
Maybe I'll send her something and phone her. She's the BEST.Sleep well, and dream of large women.

I can understand your point of view and I commend you for putting family first. When we found out my mom was terminal I basically quit my jobs and was by her side to the end. I will never regret that decision.
