Well the last time I heard the name TREY HICKEY was when I tracked him down to a motel and he had charged back about 2000 dollars for hosting (about 7 months of services he never paid for still today),,,, he said his girl had filed a restraining order and taken his borrowed computer,,,, I asked him to call the merchant bank and right it and he took off. He should be decent and pay his bill....... but I wouldnt trust him or endorse him unless he made it right.[let your concience be you guide...if you really changed like you said you did you should make this right]
