I noticed a few missing images and that it looks exactly the same as every other TGP.. Part from that..

Design is very nice

If I were you, I would not use POTDs thumbs. Use textlinks instead, because remote thumbs slow down the page load and sometimes they don't work. Or use 3-4 "reliable" and fast thumbs and rest textlinks. You can also rotate fewer thumbs, just for the variation.

List some of your best converting paysites. Sending surfers to paysites makes more sales than sending them to galleries. And make a second page with ALL your paysite links. Its good for SE traffic, trust me

I assume you gonna put some trade links there sooner or later
