women get things done
In 1979 general elections Mrs. Thatcher became the first woman to be elected Prime Minister of Great Britain. She is the first Prime Minister in the 20th century to serve three terms in a row. She served until November 1990 when she resigned. Then in December 1990, she was awarded an Order of Merit award by her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. On June 30, 1992 she became Baroness Thatcher of Kesteven.
If you don't think women can be effective leaders, then you really should pull the finger out of your ass and take a look around at some of the impressive women leaders there have been.
