doesnt matter that he's choosing to not re-enlist, the backdoor draft "stop-loss" bullshit can and most likely will send him back. Gotta love putting in your time then being told, oh wait... we lied about how long you're obligated, pick up your rifle and shoot some more people in our oil mongering holy war or go to jail!
