Actually, that's not right . . .I think I had to call them to get them to set a new bank account in motion when I did it.

Fax docs? Why? I never did. Just a phone call took care of it. They made a couple deposits to confirm the account and it was set up.

paypal I just enter the info and push submit, both for credit cards and bank accounts...why is epass so different? it isn't like they have more business

There can only be one bank account at a time on an account so we need to block your current account before we can add a new one.
