it is brand new. to the right is another new property. Landscaping is done to it. All new places will be going up right across the street in 2 years also. Same guy owns all the lots there.Comment

If you're really in Nebraska those steps to the front door will be a bitch in the winter and I don't like the idea of my vehicles being under my house, because of rising fumes or a fire.

a few things I have to decide on his, this is the first actual new house in the past few years in this town. Nothing new goes up here at all. The guy that put this one up, has plans for 25 more houses in the same area but that won't be until another few years. So gotta decide if I shoudl wait until then and hopefully pick one up cheaper or just grab this one now with the rates still lower.Comment
