What's the going rate for adult domains with decent PR?

Ignoring the value of the name and any traffic or content it may
have, what's the value of PR4, PR5, PR6 adult domains?

id say buying a domain JUST because it has PR is pretty stupid, PR can be scammed pretty easily.

thing is, if you find a site with a true PR6 then chances are it has a good amoutn of content and a strong name going with it, not to mention it has been around for a while .... you will pay big for this site.

        dunno if that helps ....

I don't agree. Owning a nest of high PR
sites is extremely valuable for SEO.

ok lets say i have a nest of 600 sites all linked up and getting great PR.

now you want to buy a PR6 from me that i have not really put to use yet, no content or traffic to speak of.

After the sale, am i going to continue to link to you from my 599 other sites in my nest?

without the interlinking, the said site would be dead in the water.

Now if you had an arrangement with me that i would not remove my links to your new site, thats a different story i think.

lets take a shitty domain with a PR6: fuck-my-sloppy-titties.org (dunno if its real lol)

ok it has a PR6 and i wanna buy it from you.

you will leave your sites linking to it after the purchase, id pay maybe $300 - $400

if you plan on removing your links, i would pay maybe $50 only in hopes it gets trickle traffic before google realizes its on its own now and strips it of placement and PR.

I am not talking about sites which have PR derived from in-house interlinking. I am talking about sites that have PR derived from 3rd-party sites which have linked to them.

any site can be made a pr5 in a months time... (or next google pr update)

If you are creative you can get yourself a bunch of inbound pr6 links without any recips and be there no problem...

am I going to tell you where to get the links ? no
