                                              We have been looking for some time for the the right solution for our affiliate program, however as more processors cease (or are bought out by other companys e.g Jettis, then does not the value of cascading billing becomes less and less ?

                                              seems their is only CCBILL Epoch and Ibill left cred card wise and Verotel for EU surfers.

                                                  There are a bunch of gateways too you should never forget. Jettis also still offers CC gateway services if you ahve a merchant account.

                                                  Also, CASCADING is by far not the only reason to get NATS. Its one of the many great features we offer to maximize your ROI. NATS is not just a script to cascade your billers, NATS is an administration, tracking, stats and reseller system for your paysites, which also offers cascading your billers.

                                                              does nats offer this software for non membership sites? For example if I wanted to start a referral program so I could pay people a % for referring new clients to my video editing business.

                                                                      Yes, we are the corporate sponsor for Qwebec. We will most certainly be there.

                                                                      As far as the differences between NATS and MPA, there are many.

                                                                      NATS is a more configurable and flexibile system to allow you to do what you want with your program. Our cascades, program types, payout options, etc. are much more configurable than MPAs. Our system also has no known bugs.

                                                                      MPA of course will argue that their system is more robust and is more solid. If you'd like, I will put you in touch with a few of their former clients who are now our clients who will explain that our system is more solid and reliable. However, there are no former NATS clients who are now MPA clients, that should tell you something.

                                                                      NATS has no shave feature. MPA makes claims that MPA3 has no shave feature however MPA2 became very well known for having a shave feature (on the program owner login page I might add) and this gave MPA a negative feeling in the webmaster community. NATS is shave free and always will be.

                                                                      Our system is constantly evolving with new features. We do not sell our software on a "version" basis, but on an ongoing basis. If we introduce something new, all clients get the new features. And if it something we feel should be a basic feature of NATS, we do not charge to impliment it.

                                                                      Support. You can reach us by phone (cell phone even in emergencies). We are here for you to make sure your program runs strong. Your business is in a sense in our hands, we take that very seriously. We are always here for you should you need us. Try getting phone support from our competitors.

Perhaps the deal is not 100% done and all monies have not changed hands yet. It would be in John's best interest to keep control/ownership until he was paid in full. I'm sure it sold for a nice chunk of change and if so alot of deals go down that way. It's not like buying a 20 dollar domain name from someone.
