I had a customer email me regarding why he didn't have access to the site anymore. I checked his account status via the Epoch customer record screen and saw this note written by one of their support staff.
The note read something like:
"Marilyn (the wife) called asking what the Paycom.net charge on her credit card was. I canceled the account at her request."
I would have paid money to watch what happened when he got home that night.
